Logistics & Manufacturing Hub: To ensure factory-direct pricing and artisanal craftsmanship, our products are shipped directly from our specialized facility at No. 20, Southeast 2nd Road, Gusan Industrial Avenue, Guzhen, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
By shipping directly from our production hub to your doorstep, we eliminate middleman markups and provide high-end designs at the best possible value.

Where are your products shipped from?
At Auraolight, we aim to provide high-end designer lighting at factory-direct prices. By shipping directly from our specialized production hub in Zhongshan, China to your doorstep, we eliminate middleman costs and storage markups, passing those savings directly to you. Our Colorado-based office handles all quality supervision, customer support, and administrative operations to ensure a seamless experience for our US customers.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT -8:00 / Pacific Time) - Monday to Friday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 13-25 business days.
Delivery Calculation
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (Quality inspection and packaging).
- Shipping Time: 10-20 business days.

Where do you ship to?
Generally, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping. We partner with trusted major international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly at its destination.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly on our website’s "Track Order" page or via the official website of the assigned carrier.
Note: It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after the shipment email is sent.
What if there is a breakage in transit?
Please contact the carrier and our customer service department to investigate. If it is confirmed that the item is indeed damaged, we will pick up the package and will be responsible for reshipping or refunding it, depending on your wishes.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, all of our lighting fixtures come with detailed installation instructions and the necessary hardware. However, for more complex installations or to ensure maximum safety, we recommend professional installation.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Auraolight products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. (Please note: Some of our products include a complimentary bulb, which is guaranteed for 3 months.)
What materials are your products made of?
Our products are crafted from a variety of high-quality and durable materials, including glass, metal, wood, alabaster and crystal, depending on the design. Each product page includes specific details on the materials used for that particular item.

Love Auraolight's competitive prices and product quality, but can't find your desired item on our platform? No worries! Simply send a photo of the item to our customer service team. Since we are constantly expanding, many of our products have not yet been listed on the website. Rest assured, any item sourced through Auraolight undergoes our rigorous quality inspection. This is the perfect solution for acquiring unique or rare items that aren’t currently available in our online catalog.
