Note: The LED is replaceable. It uses a plug-in type LED light source, which can be easily replaced without any wiring if it becomes damaged.

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
- To start a return, contact us at info@auraolight.com.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Prior to initiating a return, please contact us to discuss the return plan tailored to your situation. We aim to ensure a seamless return experience.
Shipping Damage (Fragile Items)
Since lighting products are fragile, please inspect your package upon arrival. Please report any shipping damage or defective items within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@auraolight.com with photos or videos. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Borne by Auraolight (Full Refund)
If the return is due to our error or product issues, Auraolight will bear the return shipping costs and issue a full refund. Please ship the item back using a standard shipping method and provide us with the shipping receipt. We will reimburse the return shipping cost along with your full refund.
Note: We only reimburse costs for Standard Shipping. Expedited or express shipping fees chosen by the customer will not be covered.
This applies to:
- Product defects or quality issues.
- Incorrect delivery (wrong item or quantity sent).
- Verified shipping damage (Note: Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos).
Borne by the Customer
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees in cases of Customer Remorse (personal reasons). Reasons include but are not limited to:
- Product does not meet personal expectations (e.g., color, design, or features).
- Size/dimension mismatches based on personal judgment.
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- Ordering the wrong item or quantity.
- Failure to read product descriptions thoroughly.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- The item is a custom-made or personalized product produced to your specifications.
- The product shows obvious signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.
- The product is incomplete or missing original packaging.
Exchange Policy
We accept product exchanges subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns. If your product qualifies for a return, you may also choose to exchange it for any other product in our store.
- Price Application: The original order amount will be applied toward the purchase of the new product.
- Price Difference (Higher): If the new product is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Price Difference (Lower): If the new product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
- International Exchanges: Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Warehouse Location
To start a return, contact us at info@auraolight.com. Once approved, we will provide instructions. Please note that returns are processed at our warehouse in China. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
To provide competitive pricing, our products are shipped and serviced directly from our specialized factory in China.
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send returns to our US office address in Littleton, CO. This location is for administrative use only and cannot process returns. Items sent to the US office will be rejected or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 Hours: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded as they have already entered the fulfillment process.
- Special Circumstances: If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to cancel it. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at info@auraolight.com to check the status of your order.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Steps
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Check Eligibility: Review our return policy above to confirm if your order qualifies for a return.
- Step 2: Contact Support: Email us at info@auraolight.com to notify us. For defective or damaged products, please attach photos/videos as evidence.
- Step 3: Fill Out Return Form: We will email you a PDF return form to complete.
- Step 4: Receive Instructions: Upon verification, we will provide the formal return address and further guidance within 3-5 business days.
- Step 5: Ship the Product: Send the product (including original packaging, accessories, and order confirmation) to the designated address provided by our support team. Note: Unless the return is due to a product defect (where we will reimburse your standard shipping costs), you are responsible for choosing the carrier and paying shipping costs. Please consult with your local courier for estimated international shipping costs before initiating a return based on personal preference.
- Step 6: Provide Tracking: Email us your tracking number so we can monitor the delivery status.
- Step 7: Verification & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Note: We do not accept unauthorized returns or packages sent to the wrong address. Requests without a completed return form will not be processed.
Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For more accurate information regarding the timing of the refund, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the 30-day return policy, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with no justification required. To qualify:
- The product must remain unused, in its original condition, with intact tags and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence (e.g., incorrect address or contact info). In such cases, we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier, but we cannot issue a refund for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
